Water in baby's ear?

I got water in Jackson's ear during his bath tonight. On separate occasions my mom and DH have said to make sure water doesn't get in his ear and I blew it lol As soon as it happened I rolled him to his side so that ear faced down for a minute or so.

Is water in baby's ear a huge problem??
