haha I was literally about to make this thread! but you beat me to the punch by a minute!

I have my 12w appointment today (9am). Not sure what it'll entail since, I had to have an u/s a week ago. Not sure if they're going to wanna look at my SCH again today. But I do know I'll be peeing in a cup and getting a doppler

It'll be my last appointment with this doc since I'm moving... I just hope the doc takes me off pelvic rest! I wanna run/walk/have sex again!!!!

After graduating from the fertility specialist today is my first appointment with the Ob. It's at 4:15, DH is coming along. I'm sure it will include a detailed med history for both of us and conversation about what testing we're going to have. It might include blood draw and (hopefully!!) an ultrasound mostly to determine when I can come off the progesterone. If no ultrasound, we will get to hear the heartbeat on a Doppler. It's been a long time, so I'm nervous and excited.

Joining you all today!! I have a 10 wk u/s and ob workup. Still waiting to hear from insurance if they will approve the harmony test... It's at 1pm est and DH may or might not be able to come so I am just praying everything is ok so I can just take a breath....

I have my 12 wk appt, sequential screen, and NT ultrasound at 5pm. Wish I hadn't scheduled it so late so I have to be nervous all day! Fingers crossed! Good luck ladies!

well that was quick... lol. Did exactly what I thought... peed in a cup, doppler to hear baby's hb (170) and got all my paperwork done to get transferred over to where we're moving. Pretty uneventful. Still on pelvic rest... boooooo.

I have an appt in just a bit - routine for the most part except we will have yet another ultrasound and I'm guessing they'll be checking the length of my cervix. Hopefully we can rule out a cerclage...

I have my first OB appointment today. Medical history, bloodwork, and probably a PAP bc I haven't had that in about a year. Hoping for my first ever Doppler. I've seen the hb, but yet to hear it.

Waiting to hear from DH on whether or not he can get out of work. Hoping he can!

I have my routine 12 week dr's apt today. We will be hearing the heart beat today, that will probably be the only exciting part. I have to go to the hospital tomorrow to get my blood re-done from my NT Scan last week. Apparently I'm not a "good bleeder", and the drops they took last week were inconclusive.

I had my intake appointment today followed by a midwife appointment. The Midwife couldn't find the heartbeat on the Doppler so I have to go back for an ultrasound at 4. I am trying to convince myself that it could be too early to hear on a Doppler and that everything will be fine. I haven't had any bleeding or cramping and I still feel nauseous which the midwife said was a good sign. I am just trying to keep my PGAL brain from going crazy. Praying that I see a bouncing baby this afternoon.

just to give you a little peace of mind, I'm like a week ahead of you and my OB still isn't even using the doppler for the HB yet. I have seen and "heard" it on the u/s though. Good luck!

I just got back and so far, so good.

Another u/s and baby 2.0 was in there wriggling around, good strong HB. I love seeing that flutter on the screen!

We're doing a colpo in 2 weeks to check on the cancer and will be checking the cervical length at that time, also. REALLY hoping it has dissipated or even better, disappeared!!

Have my 9 week first "official" appt even though it's my third appt

@ve304856 I wouldn't worry. My dr told us that she would try to hear the heartbeat at our 12 week appointment in a few weeks but said its very common to not get it that early. She said she likes to tell patients that really early before she actually does it, so we don't get too dissapointed or worried if she cant get it.

I am so excited to report back with a great update!! DH was able to make it and we are right on track at 10w2d with HB of 176. It was also awesome as I graduated to the belly vs the vag cam. She said I has a small bleed on the top of my placenta but it's nothing to worry about and was probably from implantation.

Just had my 12 wk appt although I am only 11 weeks. The doctor just used the Doppler to find the heartbeat and it was at 146 and then he made me laugh and it jumped to 170. What a beautiful sound!!!

I am SO happy to come back with a good, healthy report. Baby is measuring two days ahead, so we have a little chunker, and the heartbeat is strong at 155. We got to listen to the hb for a while and it was just incredible. Overall the appointment was good - we were there from 4:15 to 6:45 with a nurse to do med history, the ultrasound tech, and finally doctor. We have the nuchal sometime in the next week - I have to call another location to schedule it. Overall, a amazing day!
