britax b safe adaptor for City Mini

hey!  we have the City Mini stroller and just purchased the Britax B-safe (for baby due in August)
My question is are these clips all that is needed to secure the seat into the city mini?  that is what I was told however the product description states that it needs a universal mounting bracket? thank you in advance xx
