Vitamins

I have been trying forever to get DS1 to take vitamins. I tried the original chewables, and only worked if i crushed it and mixed it in an entire container of pudding. I tried the gummies but he won't touch them. So I bought liquid kids vitamins at whole foods and they smell awful. I tried mixing it 1:1 with pediasure and he just gagged and spit it out.

He takes meds 3x/day so it's not the medicine taking. He's awesome at taking his regular meds.

Any suggestions of vitamins that taste good?

We have sea buddies daily multiple. They're berry flavored. It's a chewable but my sensory kiddo won't eat it but it blends easily in her morning smoothie crushed up.

Also to totally hijack your thread you were the one who mentioned doing detox baths, right? Would you mind sharing your recipe?

I use this one. I try to use coconut oil and some essential oils. If I'm not in the mood I use Badger's Relaxing Massage Oil with Lavender and Bergamot. We've only been doing it for DS2 lately because DS1 has all of a sudden started hating the tub, screaming, clawing his way out style. I take them too, especially if I can't sleep or if I'm getting sick. If I'm getting sick I'll put some melaluca (tea tree oil) in it too. It makes my skin super soft in the winter too.

And if you have a Whole Foods in your area they have some essenial oils that are much cheaper than DoTerra. I only paid like $6.59 for bottles of Windmere brand. I bought a diffuser on amazon for $31.99

I'll probably invest in DoTerra if I feel they're really working. Although, nothing has healed DS1's eczema till I started using them. I use Windmere's lavender relaxing lotion (i happened to have it) and add a bit of melaluca to it. In 3 days his eczema is almost gone. I've been using that Stellatopia stuff all winter and it hasn't touched it. I tried California Baby's cream and it didn't do anything either.
