So tomorrow we are taking Reese for bloodwork. She hasn't started this round of chemo yet or had the port placed due to her low ANC number; it was hovering around the 450s and needs to be 750 for surgery or chemo. We are doing bloodwork locally so that we don't have to drive nearly 2 hours to Philly just to turn around and go back home. If her ANC number is over 750 tomorrow we will have surgery on Tuesday for the new port and Chemo on Wednesday.
Reese is doing really well out home--especially since the steroids are over (for now). Her appetite is slowly returning to normal and she isn't as swollen. She has just been happier and so much fun lately. I love that she is feeling like herself again.
So please keep us in your thoughts for tomorrow and hopefully we will have good numbers. (We have been trapped inside for weeks because we don't want her ANC numbers to go any lower and risk an infection or delaying surgery/chemo again)

ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive. Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)
DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!
TTC #1 since August 2013 (on BCP for 9 years)
Attempt #1 - Aug 2013 = BFP! --> EDD May 12, 2014 (Day after Mother's Day)
HB 140 @ 7w4d. MMC @ 10w (HB stopped 8w3d). After 2 rounds of Misoprostal, D&C October 2013. AF returned 56 days later. Advised to wait one cycle (December 2013)
Attempt #2 - January 2014 = BFP! --> EDD October 13, 2014 (Canadian Thanksgiving, on 1 year anniversary of first loss)
HB 102 @ 6w4d. MMC @ 11w1d (HB stopped 7w4d). After 4 rounds of Misoprostal, D&C April 2014. AF returned 29 days later. Did testing for RPL - all normal. Was told can TTC again (May 2014)
Attempt #3 - May 2014 = BFP! --> EDD Feb 8, 2015 (Possible Valentine's Day baby?)
u/s @ 6w showed sac, no HB. Second u/s @ 6w5d - HB detected but low. Third u/s @ 8w - HB 150! Fourth u/s @ 9w3d - HB in the 160's! Fifth u/s @ 11w3d - HB 172, baby measuring a day ahead!
