  We just substitute it for pasta in a lot of recipes.  I like to make a pizza bake: shred up cooked spaghetti squash, mix with pizza sauce, pepperoni, cheese, green peppers (whatever pizza toppings you want) and bake.  I also make a buffalo chicken bake: same idea as the pizza, but add chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, cheddar, and celery.  Yum!  I need to make one of these again soon!

  Thanks for the ideas ladies! I'm going to try many of these! @hibiscus29 I'm actually not sure, I'm betting it tastes like acorn squash though...
