  I don't know the budget, but... does he have a playhouse? DS is 2 and DD is 4 and they love the big playhouses. How about a tricycle?

  he has a bike/tricylce already it was one of those sunshades 3-1 kinda things and his playlet had a playhouse built into it I was thinking a little trampoline !!! I think he would love it he loves to jump on the couch and the bed !

  What about a membership to a zoo or aquarium or something like that nearby?  It sounds like he's got a ton of toys already, so maybe something different?

  We got our DD a mini trampoline for her birthday and she loves it.  It's in our living room right now but when (if) it gets warm it will go outside.

  My mom just got our lil guy for his 2nd birthday a little picnic table.

  there are a lot of really good suggestions thanks guys!! @SusieBW the membership is a good idea I may look into that we have a little kiddie park near us that he liked going to last year but its crazy expensive to go so season passes may be a good idea.!!

  DD will be 2 in April and we just got her the Cozy Coupe car. She loves playing in them at her friend's house so I am sure she will enjoy it also! I would suggest maybe one of those outdoor playhouses.
