Eff you budget Truck

We are moving tommorow, the manager at the Branch where we are supposed to pick our moving truck  up at TONIGHT called me and said they aren't going to have our truck and they can't get it.  We will have to go to another location 45 minutes away to pick it up...UHHH NO! it is not my problem that you can't fill our reservation that we have had for a month.  I used to work in the Rental Industry, you go pick up that truck in Timbuktu if you have to but it is not the customers job to fill your reservation.  I called Customer Service and they are working on it, but they are going to have a very largely pregnant pissed off lady on their hands if that truck isn't there at 4:30 when I get there.  Dammit I knew things were falling into place with this move too easily LOL.

    We got the truck thank goodness, and got all moved, We got 10 percent off, all of our mileage free and Gas.  Plus they gave us a discount on our rental that we had set up for a van for our summer vacatin in June.  Minivan for the price of a compact car...Guess it pays to bitch LOL
