Mosaic Trisomy 21

Anyone on here have a baby/child with Mosaic Trisomy 21? My twins are 5 weeks old. My baby A (Brynlee) was diagnosed with it at birth along with Duodenal Atresia, Tetralogy of Fallot and just had surgery 2 days ago to place her G tube in for feedings. Just curious what other symptoms/traits others kids with Mosaic Downs may have considering it's not full blown Downs (although we were told to expect full blown downs). Our little girl was showing 25% cells showing Trisomy 21.
