whole chicken crock pot recipes

Anyone have any staples? I am a cook by measurement type person (I don't do well with instructions like a couple drops of hot sauce or just a little oregano.

    Thanks! I ended up find a recipe that was like a chicken stew (onions, celery, carrots and potatoes on the bottom put seasoned chicken on top cook on low for hours)
