O2 at 1 year and echo

We just f/u with pulmonary today due to a cold for our ex 24 weeker 9 months adj and 13 actual she wears o2 at night only and her pulmonology doc wants her to have a echo to rule out pulmonary htn bc she's a year old with oxygen . Anyone else experience this ?? Her previous echos were fine.. Now this is like hmm I'm worried now. She has a chronic lung disease hx so I'm not suprised about the o2 at night. I'm hoping she's just being cautious

    My daughter got off of oxygen before she was 1, but her cardiologist saw her every 4 months for an echo to make sure she didn't develop pulmonary hypertension. He explained the reason as it is hard to detect unless there are symptoms, and by then it is harder to treat. So, his team of cardiologists decided to follow all BPD/CLD micropreemies with history of oxygen to have regular echoes until the age of 2.
