2nd movie theatre attempt - fail

I took DS to see Monsters University last year when it first came out and he lasted 45 minutes but then wanted to go home. No big deal it was his first time and I thought he did well for a first time. For Christmas he got Despicable Me 2 and is totally in love with that movie and will sit and watch it. So I though he might be ready for a movie theatere experience. We went to see the Lego Movie and did not make it past the initial credits. He wanted to go home, so we left. the good part was since it had just started they refunded out tickets.

Aww! At least you were able to get your money back! I don't think we took DD to her first movie until she was 4. I fully expect it to be longer for DS; he won't even sit through dinner when we go out!

Yeah I learned my lesson:) I wanted to try a movie session before this next LO comes along, but I am going to wait until DS is a few years older. I want him to really enjoy himself next time we give it a shot.
