Gee thanks mom-little vent

My mom has been calling every night to check on J since she's been diagnosed with the rsv. She called this am to check on her and was flipping between making me panick to telling me she would be ok. Example- "I'm glad baby's temp is down then to some babies die from RSV. You're doing great, checking her temp every few hours, but the dr really should have given you a nebulizer, she needs it. The vapor rub and nosefrida will help a lot, but some babies need to be at the hospital in an oxygen tent." I'm trying to make sure J is going to get through this quickly, I keep sucking out her nose, and I'm putting baby Vicks on her feet and chest, but trying not to panic with this. Not helping mom.

Thanks ladies. She's been doing much better. We've been using the Vicks, a plug in vaporizer, and trying to suction out her nose when we can and she's not fighting us hand and foot. Her temp has gone down to 98/99. It just freaked me out when she started using words like death and hospitalized and I started second guessing myself.
