RE-Ferberizing?

I ferberized at 6 months. It took a while (like 3 weeks before all said & done) & has been great since. Luckily, I haven't had to re-do it for vacations or illness or anything. Suddenly, DD is standing in her crib screaming for me to pick her up randomly, naps, at 545 am, etc. I think maybe some developmental milestones are happening but no illness or teething, so I need to re-ferberize because I'm 6 weeks pregnant & feel like poop on a stick.

How is it different from when she was 6 months? Still do the checks? Say nothing now? If I go to her she is like scaling my arms trying to bust out. Thanks.

We did this at 6.5 months, and then had to re do it at 13.5 months for naps, and then again at 14 months after illness. He was waking up in the MOTN and SCREAMING. Instead of doing regular checks, I started off with 10 minutes, and then went in, lay him down, said "It's time to go night night" and then walked out. I only had to do it for a few nights, and he was STTN again. But he was waking very early--ferberizing didn't really help for the early (530, 545 wake ups). The only thing that has helped with that was 1) just giving it time, because it was a phase, and 2) most recently, giving him a paci at the beginning of the night seems to help him sleep through the night and a bit later in the mornings.
