Monday our house goes on the market. Again. We had it listed for a few months in summer/fall but took it off with the madness of the December holidays,family visiting, etc. I totally hate this process. It is so hard to leave the house clean every day with a 5 and 3 year old. I hate that people are looking through our closets and stuff. The whole process is just creepy and annoying. I hope the house sells fast, but at the same time WHAT IF IT SELLS FAST!!!??

We just listed today and we have an open house Sunday. It is really hard. My anxiety is through the roof and my eye is twitching. Fun times...

Good luck - we put ours up in January. I hate having to leave it so clean everyday when we leave -especially since our weather has sucked & we have not had a showing 3 weeks. Waiting for nice weather in March to have an Open House.

We just sold our house last year. Good luck to you!

Our house sold in 5 weeks, and closed 4 weeks after that. We lived in an extended stay hotel for 2 months until we found a house, and closed on it. It really sucked, but that is always an option.
