Hi All-
Just wanted to get some feedback as to when your LO's started walking-
DD3 turned 14 months last week and is yet to take more than a few independent steps on her own. She will walk with push toys, holding one hand and has done a few little steps between the couch and towards me, but she is not going on her own yet. My other DD's were walking before or right at 12 months. I KNOW that I should not be concerned, but I am a little worried. Any tips on encouraging her? Any feedback would be great

Re: 14 months- not walking independently
In the end, they are going to walk when they are fully ready, but what I did definitely helped her gain her confidence to do it on her own!
I would take her to parks and other things where she could be around older kids to let them role model the behavior.
And I would talk to my pediatrician.
Some are late walkers. Which is OK in the long run!
