Is this the 6 week growth spurt????

DD won't nap. I can't put her down. She falls asleep nursing then cries and wants back on. I'm so tired I forgot I made DH a sandwich. She's fussy and restless and just wants me to hold her with boob in mouth. Tell me this won't last forever !!!!!

    Sounds like it. Mine lasted 5 days. It was terrible. Call in reinforcements if you can.

    Em is 5w2days and I'm wondering f we are at the 6 week growth spurt early. Earlier this week all she did was eat and sleep - for long stretches! Yesterday and last night and today she took 5 minute cat naps and just hasn't been settled. Can this be the 6 week spurt??

    I think we're in it too. For us it's marathon nursing sessions. He usually only takes 45 minutes. We are now at 1 hour minimum or falling sound asleep during so not getting satisfied, then wanting the boob again in an hour.

    Us too DS will be 6 weeks Sunday. He's eating at the boob more than usual and is constantly fussy. Takes hours for him to get settled for bedtime!!!

    Sounds identical to our situation. For the past 3 days. She is 6 weeks tomorrow.
    BFP #1 (7/13/12) MC (8/14) 9 weeks. D & C 8/17.
    BFP #2 (5/18/13) due 1/26/14. Grow baby grow!
    Its a surprise! Team green!

    Sounds familiar! Just today, my sweet baby has turned into a terror. He's napped for no more than an hour at a time, and if he's not suck suck sucking he's screeeeaming. I feel terrible because it sounds like he's in actual pain, but it's not his gassy or hungry scream. Right now he's konked out on me, and I just hope it'll last at least an hour. Or until 2am when DH takes over. Either would be great. He's 5w5d.
