NT Scan yesterday

Baby measured 0.9mm so I'm very relieved about that. Now I just have to wait for the bloodwork results.

Something that was bothersome on my report (that I need to give to my MW Monday) is a note stating, "cord insertion is within 2 cm of upper placental margin. To be confirmed later in pregnancy". I researched this and it seems I may have a marginal insertion (battledore insertion). This, of course, freaks me out when I Google. I'm very anxious to talk to my MW on Monday.

    Hope everything is OK with the cord insertion but I'm glad to hear the measurement was good!   Have a great holiday!!!

    Wonderful news about the NT scan results!   It's a great number alright... I got all excited about 1.4 for mine!     I wouldn't sweat the insertion thingie until you hear that you need to ... google can be your friend or your enemy .. I KNOW.. LOL!

    Awesome news about the NT!  Google is sometimes a bad thing, especially when your mind kind of goes everywhere.  I hope you can relax a bit with the good news you received, and have a very Merry Christmas!

    Good news on the NT measurement!

    I am not familiar with the cord insertion issue, but I will pray that it all works out OK for you and the baby.

    TTC #1 for over 5 years - too many to count IF treatments (tried everything and anything), repeat miscarriages. Finally, Sticky Success!! B/G Twins arrived 2011. VOTE on my Name List Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker

    Google can be a blessing or a curse. I hope everything turns out OK. I guess if the nurse didn't emphasize it, it's not a big deal? GL!
    Me: 44 DH: 42. DS born healthy at 40 weeks 8/24/09. TTC since then with no luck or ART. Surprise BFP 8/6/14... MMC @ 8 weeks 4 days... Miss you everyday sweet baby angel.
