@MK1013 Find gif on interweb Right click on it - view image Right click on it again - copy image location Click the paper with the <> on it in the tool bar for a post Type

Click the paper with the <> on it again If you did it right it should show up the way you saw it before you hit post reply. Edited- doing this from my iPad and it's not working correctly. Grrr! I'll message you instructions when I get to my computer.

I have no idea why this didn't work for me. My post as seriously going to be epic, at least epic for me since I've never posted many gifs. I did the right click, copy image, paste, but nearly all of them pasted in "image" instead of the actual gifs. Not sure what I did wrong.

Once you copy the location of your gif, paste it into the address bar of a new window. Then select all and copy again. Theninsert into the code.

Also check that your code is correct.

<*Img src=""> with no star. Make sure you have the space between img and src.

Every now and then I have that problem with copy and paste, too. When all else fails, try tinypic. Put the url into tinypic and let the website generate the code for you. Then in the reply box, go into source mode (the <> button) and paste the html code in there. That usually takes care of it for me.
