Spotting mid cycle

Tmow will be the start of my tww. Last night DH & I BD. Immediately after I inserted a soft cup. This morning when I removed it, it was a mixture of blood & I assume semen. Has anyone ever had that happen to them. I never have mid cycle bleeding. P.S I've been extremely tired for the past few days also
