  call customer service.  Mine died after two years.  I called just to find out if I could buy a part and they replaced it even though it was out of warrenty.  It was the second pump they replaced for me so I was shocked.  It only had about 5 months of use as the first was replaced towards the end of my one year warrently and then put away.

  One thing I did notice my first two were made in sweden and my third was made in China the one made in china was not as powerful it was a purely yours ultra all three were.  While I had great luck with customer service I don't think I would buy another one I would look at the hygenica as it is also a closed system. The fact I had two die and the thrid was so so annoyed me.

  Thanks, I was hoping that the Ultra might still be made in Sweden since the picture on amazon is showing Aqua dials not the blue ones from the ones made in China but it doesn't sound like it.  My old one made in Sweden is still working but I had issues at the end with pumping last time, I never resolved if the issues were pump related or supply related.
