So my friend is having a baby shower this weekend. I've been so excited to go, because I have somehow missed every single important event in the last few years due to sickness or army. I read the time on her wedding invitation wrong and completely missed her wedding!

Well, now I get to miss her baby shower too. My mom was going to go down with me because I don't feel comfortable driving with my neck all messed up. (two hour drive) However, my step dad now has an interview to go, to so my mom will need to be with the kids. Going down there with all three kids would be a serious form of torture, so that's out. H works, and he could take it off, but it's a weekend, and that is when car lots are the busiest, so that is out. Pretty sure my neck will not be feeling any better, so I don't want to drive, so that is out. ughhh.

I'm so bummed you guys. I seriously want to cry. I've been so excited. I was so happy I could finally go to something. I made two stupid diaper cakes! I hate diaper cakes. ugh.

@EagleWife I've been alternating ice and heat. It doesn't hurt to bad if I just sit on the couch with the heating pad, but DD isn't all for just chilling on the couch.
