DFW area Homebirth MW

We are going to be TTC soon and I was looking for recs of Homebirth midwives in the DFW area, specifically North DFW. I had a homebirth with DD back in Illinois and would love to have another one again with this next one.

    I sadly don't have any recommendations, but just wanted to wish you luck on your home birth and search for a midwife! I live in Seattle, but am originally from Texas (last lived in the Denton area), so I hope you can find a good home birth midwife soon. :)

    I don't know of one, but I just took a natural childbirth class from Mother Me Doulas, and they had a ton of home birth stories. And half the people in the class were doing home births, so I bet they could help refer you to one.

    Hey! I touched base with my friend who is pregnant and due on Sunday in the Denton area. She said she's going to a place called Caring for Women which is more of a medical center than birth center, but that the midwives there are fantastic. https://cfwdenton.com/physicians/midwife-services/

    It doesn't immediately look like this place would be your go-to for a home birth, but you might want to touch base with the midwives there and see if they would be amenable to that or have any recommendations you could talk to. Hope this helps!
