Providence St. Joseph (Burbank)

Has anyone taken the birthing classes offered at this hospital? I'm torn about going there for breastfeeding, newborn essentials, etc. or going to a shop like Mother's Haven in Encino for everything except the hospital tour. Thanks!

    I took the baby CPR and Child Care Class (all day Sat) at St. Joes. They have lactation consultants on staff so I am going to use her once I have the baby. Then see if I still want to take the class. I also live down the street from the hospital so it is very convenient for me.

    We're booked to start taking them in June - the all day Childbirth Prep class and Breastfeeding. The infant safety and CPR ones were all full. And we have our hospital tour in early June. I can't wait! We also live right down the street so it just made sense to do everything there.
