LO's eye

Morning ladies my 3 month old had a lil red spot in his eye we noticed it last night and it's still there this morning has anyone's LO had this he's otherwise 100% fine we didn't go anywhere yesterday & he eats normal, sleeps normal, naps, not fussy etc..

    perhaps a popped blood vessel.

    Has be been crying a lot. or hard to poop.

    keep an close look at it and if you want or it gets worse then Call your pedi nurse and s/he will direct you to better information

    Seems like it only it's light it's not like super red or blood shot .. He hardly ever cries not even for feedings he may complain a bit but that's it and poops once a day with ease .. :( I'm about to call just to get some info on what it could be and if I should take him in. Thank you!

    My son had a red spot just before his 2 month appointment but since I knew we were going to the doctor in a few days I just waited. By the time we went, it was gone. She said it was probably a blood vessel but that babies can also have small birth marks in their eyes. I would watch it and bring it up at your next appointment.
