mostly coz I'm laughing so dang hard and would rather leak from my eyes than the southern alternative. I love y'all, thanks for the entertainment! Keep up all that quality incubating, ladies!
I think Amy Schumer is hysterical, but I think I would curl up in a ball and hide if my daughter ended up like her.
I don't know how to quantify how much I'll love LO, but I seriously would multiply that by like, 2, if she were similar to Amy Schumer. That's how much I love her.
I have no clips. Find her on comedy central. She talks about "drinking for two" and eviction notices, and everything that one would find funny in life... all while prancing around being blonde and long legged and wearing short skirts and tall heels and perfection.
I hope our kid is nothing like me, because when it comes time to punish her, it will be more like "hahahahaha-- GO TO YOUR DANG ROOM!"
This has already happened, minus the go to your room portion, he doesn't understand that yet being 18 months and all. I have had to call for DH to come and take over just so I could leave the room and get my laughter out.
Yeah, our friends are already terrified that Version Two will have too much snark and sarcasm...
We already have this problem with DD. Have you ever heard a 3 year old be sarcastic? It's perfection. I can just imagine the teenage years!
My three year old is the same way. She's all sass, snark and sarcasm and I can't even get mad at her because look at who her mother is. Not to mention she got a good healthy dose of smart assery from her father too.
My 2.5 year old had her first glimmer of snark and sass last night! I was so damn proud, I couldn't stop laughing.

When my bffs kid was about 5 (after spending all her time with us) she got really sarcastic really quickly. She knows her mom hates the word "moist" so she walked straight up to her and said "hey mom! Like my jacket? It's made out of MOIST!" And my favorite "oh mom my hands are dry, I think I need some MOISTurizer". Man I love that kid.
Re: Look at all you big mean bullies!!
