My babysitter brought me to tears today. She's been our sitter since August and watches DS 2-3 times a week when I work. She came today and brought a gift which included a book for DS, a body wash for me, but the last gift was what really got me. It was a photo album with pictures that she has been taking of DS every day she babysits...pictures of them together playing, pictures of him playing, pictures of all his milestones...omg, I'm getting teary just typing about it. She also captioned the pictures with his age, what milestone he was hitting, ect. As a working mom I always miss him, as I'm sure you can relate to, and it just feels so great to see that while I'm gone he's HAPPY and well-cared for. This was the best Christmas present ever.

OMG, that is awesome!!! I wish I had something like that... I worked 12 hour days for awhile and missed a lot, DH has it on camera but it isn't the same...

Sounds like you found a wonderful babysitter for your baby - what a thoughtful woman, and how great for you to have photo captures of the things you might not get to see as a working mom first... that is so sweet.
