I have noticed I am more winded easily, and it became apparent to me in the first trimester. I am now 25 w (di/di twin girls) and I notice the shortness of breath in the mornings lately. Mostly, it feels like an elephant is sitting on my chest. When did your SOB start?
Re: when did your shortness of breath start
I'm almost 29 weeks and I've noticed it a lot more the fast few weeks. More so when I lay down. I usually keep myself propped up a bit with pillows otherwise I feel like I'm gasping for breath, lol.
