Has anyone else heard of or tried this? I have been taking it for about 2 cycles now. It is for menopause support, but. I use it for just hormonal support. There were several positive reviews for it from women taking it to help with fertility. Since taking it I have had regular cycles...prior to this had been having missed cycles. I have also been able to stop taking antidepressants, and feel like my mood is more stable. Just wondering if anyone else has heard of it or tried it? I take 2 500mg capsules each night. Can be bought at health food stores, or I just got a good deal on VitaminShoppe online.

I'm still nursing my son, and I'm taking Vitex because it's in my women's multi-vitamin. I was a little nervous at first, but when I read up on Vitex, it's often recommended to nursing moms to help with milk production. Vitex is roundly recognized as a fertility treatment in Europe where they're more apt to initially approach treatments from a functional medicine standpoint (lifestyle, diet, supplementation) than a medication/synthetic hormone approach like they are in the US.
