swollen feet?

All ready at 18 weeks? I've only gained 4 lbs. I only worked a 5 hour shift at work last night and I felt them throbbing near the end. When I got home to bed I had them ellivated all night but they still have that I walked 500 miles feel. Anyone else have swollen feet all ready? My hands have been since real early because I can't wear my wedding band but I never had throbbing. Just water retention?

    My hands and feet are already swollen. I can't wear like any of my shoes and that even includes boots. I feel like I have cankles already.

    Yup, my feet are definitely starting to get swollen at the end of the day. I didn't think it started until later last pregnancy, but maybe I just wasn't paying as much attention.
