I hate working on reviews.

That is all.  Just needed to vent about working on my annual review.  I get that they want to be formal about it and have something for my file, but I'd much rather just have a conversation with my boss about how work is going and bring bullet points to discuss, not a formal write up.  Doesn't help that my main role is assistant to the General Superintendent so I work with him daily and we're already pretty much on the same page with it all.  The only major thing that really needs to be discussed is a plan of action for while I am out on my leave.

    I hate January because of this. I just want to check a box that says yes or no you're performing job duties; but no my company has a stack of forms. Plus since I meet regularly with my team so every knows where they sit.
