Hi gals,
I'm just a few pounds away from my pre-preg weight (only took a year :P) but I'm trying to get my abs back into shape. I've tried a variety of different exercises, but do you have any good suggestions/tips? I know I need to stop binge eating cookies and guzzling wine. :P

Planks and side planks
Total body exercises that engage your core (squat and press, lunges with core twists or presses)
Doing "10 minutes core" where I do 10 core exercises, one each minute while keeping track of time on my phone
Zumba, because of all the twisting motion
Diet and cardio
