Tiny white bump- inner corner of eye

Hi All:

So I did a search on the board, but didnt see something specific to this.  My baby boy has a tiny white bump in the inner corner of his eye, almost like a pimple but all white.. It is only one eye, and it isn't in the eye, just on that inner corner.. would that be milia perhaps?  This is probably normal as most kids his age (12 weeks Monday) have all sort of skin stuff going on.  I do plan to ask the dr when we have our son's next visit on the 28th of this month, but curious if others have stumbled across things like this?  I have not messed with it. and doesnt seem to be bothering him but I was just curious.

Thanks

  • Thank you for your response.. I was thinking it did look like that or a skin tag.. I will wait to see what the dr says but thank you again

  • Babies are born with white spots sometimes. But if its new at 12 weeks it's probably milia. Stye's tend to hurt and irritate.
