    This is why my DH has already packed Imodium in the hospital bag.
    Married 11/23/11, TTC starting 10/12, BFP#1 11/30/12, Adoption of stepson finalized 03/19/13,Loss of our daughter at 20w4d due to incompetent cervix 03/27/13, BFP#2 06/28/13, DS2 born 3/1/14.

    The wife of one of MH's best friends had a baby recently and he was texting MH from the bathroom at the hospital. He said he was afraid he was going to catch something from the nasty public toilet but he couldn't stop pooping because of his nerves, haha.

    DH had to skip the first few steps since I went from mild contractions to "holy hell I'm going to die" in literally 5 minutes when my water broke. He was freaking out. And he was calm after we got to the hospital and saw that he wasn't responsible for my care at that point. I think I almost broke his hand but he didn't complain to me. But I heard him telling the nurses. He was peeking a lot too and he wasn't phased.

    One of my besties DH's had the shits so bad that he was in there when she started pushing! He was out in less than ten minutes so she was freaking out he was going to miss it! Imodium FTW.

    A big downfall to DH being in the medical field is I got none of this. He was so calm the whole time like it was nbd. Granted he'd been in deliveries before but come on dude this one is yours!!
