I've heard so much back and forth on this but I didn't have a normal exercise routine before I got pregnant and I now realize that I should have. I was considering starting a routine but I'm generally confused about the dos and don'ts of exercising while pregnant. I've heard you shouldn't if you haven't exercised before you were pregnant. Ugh, I feel dumb lol.

The pregnancy guidelines say to talk to your doctor. However, I would suggest that you do that and that it would be safe to follow this up with just light exercise - as previous posts suggested - walking, swimming, easy yoga.
