DD has been drooling a lot, getting bright red cheeks, low grade fever, and viciously gnawing on everything but nothing yet.
A few weeks ago it felt like there was a tooth just about to break through but after about a week it didn't feel like anything anymore. My fiance's mom and aunt said they can go up and down for a while like that, has this been true for anyone else?
DD has 2 on the bottom. She was 5 mos on 2/11. For those worried that you won't know... I could just tell something was different. The first one everyone told me I was crazy because she was only 4 months. She just got her 2nd this week. She was much crankier than normal, and cried a painful cry. You'll know something is up. She was fine as soon as it cut thru her gums. Orajel did nothing, and cold teethers didn't work. Stuck to baby Tylenol and it worked like a charm!!!!
LO's two bottom teeth popped through a week ago at 4.5 months, and I'm really beginning to wonder if the top ones aren't close behind, the drooling has become insane.
My LO will be 6 months on the 19th and he has no teeth, he has been drooling up a storm though for at least two months and chews on anything he can get his hands on, so im guessing it will be soon ..
I voted no teeth, but sure enough, they are coming. Ugh! @sabrinakurtz I just tried the hylands teething tabs and they made my LO pass out cold! Did your LO fall asleep soon after taking them? Wondering if this is a normal reaction...
I voted no teeth but she has been chewing on anything she can get in her mouth and drooling a ton. She also has a red rash around her mouth which I know can be a sign of teething. Did anyone else's lo's get a rash? I put a call into my pediatrician yesterday to make sure he didn't want to see her in case it was something else but I haven't heard back from him yet...
I'm lame and can't get my sig to work. This will have to do...
@JWeber1110 that didn't happen to us but it says on the box it might happen because LOs are often kept awake by the teeth pain and so when the tablets finally relieve the pain they can fall asleep...I wouldn't worry quite yet
