Lactating? But I'm not Pregnant! Am I?

So for those of you who don't know, I recently started my journey with secondary IF. Quick history rundown: prior ovarian torsion, 1 prior miscarriage, PCOS diagnosis, endometriosis diagnosis (removed April 2012), 3 rounds of Clomid in 2012, conceived May of 2012, gave birth January 2013, no prevention since September of 2013, last period 12/16, two negative pregnancy tests, recently finished 10 day Provera...NOW my breasts are super tender and I am lactating! Yes, there is clearish discharge from both breasts (mostly the left). I did not and am not BFing my daughter and milk production had stopped four months after she was born. Why is this happening? Is this a symptom of Provera, or should I take a third pregnancy test? I also looked into Pituitary micro adenomas and hyperpituitarism since I am overweight and have a nearly complete absence of periods that I always thought was due to my PCOS...I am of course going to test, and call my doctor if negative, but can anyone give me any other ideas as to why I might be lactating?

    This happened to me the other day I posted about it if you want to look back and I guess if it's been less than a year it can be common my RE is going to double check my prolactin level and my beta today so I'll let ya know but I am in different meds than you and have only been diagnosed with PCOS also breasted till 15months which was about 7 months ago. Sorry for the long sentence I'm on my phone.

    Positive Pregnancy test today. Very scared now because I just finished the Provera a little less than a week ago (10mg, 10 days), had a CT scan Monday after a negative pregnancy test last week, and took an anti-anxiety pill (Klonopin) on Tueaday. Someone please ease my anxiety...so terrified this will end in miscarriage. :(

    Ok - well I don't think the Klonopin will hurt too bad. Is it good? Probably not great BUT think of all the crazies that give birth to healthy full term babies on meth and crap.

    The CT scan...I'm sure women have done it before (or worse) and not known.

    The provera would worry me the most but, it's stuck so far so...

    I would TRY not to freak out and get to see a dr ASAP and tell them everything.

    I've been to the ER. Bleeding turned bright red. Probable miscarriage...trans-vaginal ultrasound showed a completely empty uterus. HCG level was only 111, indicating 2 weeks which doesn't add up to what should've been our conception date. Redoing HCG bloodwork Monday to confirm levels are dropping.

    Two DDs 10/08 and 08/10, no primary IF
    TTC #3 since 10/2011 - dx unexplained/weak ovulation
     3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI
    2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI
    BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.
    NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015. 
    RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal. 
    IVF 1.2 1/22/2014 natural cycle start, AFC 28, 300 gonal f/150menopur. 
    ER 2/3/15 14R 8M 3F w/ICSI Day 5 transfer on 2/8/15 of one "Grade A+" blast and have TWO frosties!

    I'm sorry for your loss, take care of yourself

    TTC#1 May 2009- July 2010 on our own with no luck

    Started with RE in August 2010, dx with unexplained IF and then finally our 3rd IUI cycle using Follistim and Trigger resulted in our wonderful little man.  Born 12/2/11

    TTC#2 Never really prevented, but were careful early on as Dr. reccomended

    Surprise BFP 12/16/13, started progesterone immediately as first numbers came back low, but betas were good.  Progesterone wasnt enough. Natural MC 12/24/13.

    Back with RE as of January 2014...

    5/27/14- Chemical Pregnancy :(

    April 2015 IVF#1

    5/13/15- BFP, please stick LO!

    Oh and I'm a major Harry Potter Nerd :)

    I'm sorry this is happening. When you are well and recovered from all of this feel free to pm me. You may want to keep an eye on the lack of cycle/lactating thing. I have something similar going on. Best to you.
