I don't personally, but my SIL does. Her twins are a result of her first IVF with Dr. Kiltz. She highly recommended the office to me, but I got pregnant with my ob before I ended up going that route. (We are 100% OOP)
Me! I love their office. Tell me what kind of info you are looking for. I would love to fill you in on my experience with them. They are an awesome office.

we're patients at CNY in Latham (near Albany). We've really liked them and been happy working with them. Dr. Grossman performed my cystectomy and counseled on our DIUIs. Dr. Kiltz is really great too.
Just got back from their client appreciation event at the Rosamond Zoo in Syracuse! Dr. Kiltz calls it zoo party with the animals and its free to all those who traveled down the road of infertility with CNY. It was a great time! I did 3 IVF's there and highly recommend the Syracuse office, I used both Latham and Syracuse, but believe Syracuse has a better lab, especially for IVF. Their prices can't be beat and Dr. K strongly believes in western and eastern medicines merging and positive thinking to get you your BFP.

Thank you all for your replies. My DH and I live out of state and we went to their Rochester office for monitoring and their Syracuse office for ER and ET last year. We loved it there, but unfortunately we did get that BFP we were hoping for. We are on the road of pursing IVF again this year and we have not been happy with any of the specialists we have met with in GA - not to mention the cost here is three or four times as much (we are 100% OOP). We are considering traveling back up to CNY for a second IVF but I'm nervous to try again. Did anyone have concerns with CNY? I had my frustrations but I don't know if that was a result of my BFN or not. I haven't been on these boards in over a year so I'm not sure at what point a conversation should be taken offline... Thank you for your help!
Yes, I had frustrations, but I do believe CNY is the best upstate NY has to offer. If IVF 3 had not worked, I was on my way to NYU in the city. NYC has a couple of fantastic clinics, but of course cost about 3x as much as CNY. If you are concerned about price (which most of us are) I would give CNY another chance, book a (phone) consult with Dr. Kiltz himself, have him review your last cycle, and he will suggest changes. Check out their cycle discount plans, put your name in for the free cycles they are giving away each month till Nov.
