This check-in is not necessarily exercise-related. I know a lot of us are trying to eat healthier and give up bad habits thanks to the motivation of pregnancy/new baby, so any kind of getting heathy is welcome here!

Re: ~*~ Tuesday's Getting Healthy Check-In ~*~
This week- 5 days again and continuing to watch my diet.
Goal- I have put the half marathon back on the table. If the week before I'm still feeling good, I'll just sign up for it and know I'll probably have to talk some walk breaks. And, I'm probably going to have to get back on BC. Which sucks. We got H fixed. But, I'm having the same issues I was having pre-Max where I gained almost 10lbs just because of stupid hormones. I think that's why these last 10-15lbs won't. Effing. Budge.
QOTW- My favorite winter vacation... would be somewhere getting away from winter. But, we've never done that. After this winter... I think next year we should start...
This week: I'm off from work so I hope to get in a couple if gym sessions in.
Goal: tone up and get rid of the last 10. I'd love to be down 15 by the summer.
QOTW: Hawaii. I've never been but it's on my bucket list!
This week: hoping to get up around 5 twice this week to workout before the boys get up. Lo is consistently only getting up once around 3 am so I can definitely do it now! Also watch what I eat again.
Goal: last few pounds and get in good shape so I can start marathon training with some confidence come may. If I don't start in good shape by then I won't do well in my training!
Dream winter vacation: anywhere warm. But I do also love adirondack ski lodges so lake placid is always a nice cold weather get away for me. Plus you can play like an Olympian!!
