left side issue

My left side doesnt seem to produce nearly as much milk as my right side.

My baby is just abt a werk old but I can definitely tell a difference.

I try to nurse the baby on the left side often but what else could I do to increase production on that side? My lo will nurse on that side a bit and then get really frustrated!

    Try pumping that breast every time she doesn't take it. It's a pain but it should increase your milk.

    It's normal to have one produce more than the other. You can try offering the 'dud' first every time and that might help even them out but it doesn't matter if they never match.

    My right boob has always produced nearly double the milk as my left boob. I would nurse one side each session. No problems here, and I really didn't do anything to try to fix it... although it was perpetually annoying. LO is 11 months.

    Have you tried different nursing positions while nursing on the left side? You may need to pump this side as often if your LO rarely wants it.
