Sharp, tingling breast pain

Lately I've been getting a sharp, tingling pain in my left breast. Has anyone else experienced this? I was wondering if it may come from my 13 week old not latching properly sometimes. I know my nipple has gotten sore and cracked a bit.

I get the tingly feeling when it's time for him to nurse. Maybe it's my milk letting down?

I get a somewhat sharp tingle bordering on light pain just before letdown. Sure enough my little girl is usually hungry just about then.

I had this same feeling! Baby had thrush and had given it to me! Was prescribed a topical to put on!

This seems like happens to me too!!! And my breast is a little itchy too
