Terrific/Terrible Tuesday

I figure we can do either or for Tuesday since its Tuesday and it's not always going to be good. LOL

For me, its great! It's my birthday today! And yesterday I got my annual review at work, I got a 3.5% raise! Not much, but 3.5% of something is better than 5% of nothing!  Also, we are officially getting rid of the system that is hindering my work, which means next year I should get a much better raise!  My boss acknowledged that the system they put in place a year and a half ago affected me the most. Which is part of the reason they paid to get out of the contract early!! Woo hoo!

    Today's more of a Terrible Tuesday than Terrific. DD had trouble sleeping last night, I think she was missing her dad who left yesterday afternoon. We were up until almost 2AM. Then I woke up with a cold and a migraine this morning. I want to just go home and go to bed. :(

    Happy birthday @roxalot!

    I think today is pretty terrific, bentley is getting real close to crawling, and yesterday morning my parents and sister started the move back east to minnesota.

    Oh and yesterday at the grocery store i got some mint hot chocolate. I had sone this morning mmmm.

    God damnit. The fuse in my apartmemt just blew and all i was doing was vacuming. And im fucking itchy and covered in hives from dust. Now i have to wait for the landlord to come fix the fuse.

    Is it weird that i totally would? Id also do your laundry and organise your closet and drawers. I find vacumming, laundry, and organizing weirdly theraputic.

    @Roxalot id make hot chocolate but my microwace was on the fuse that blew. And my kettle is on a uhaul to minnesota

    Haha okay, after i do laundry ill share a pic of my closet after i clean. For as shitty as my apartment is i have a nice closet.

    Happy birthday @roxalot! So you, me, my BD and my son are all Picses! Go sensitive creative types!

    My hips feel like they're attached to two horses running in opposite directions, so that's terrible.

    But the rest of my amazon order should be here today, including the bogo white strips I purchased! I'm a tooth whitening addict but haven't done it since I got pregnant. I figured what's the harm now and I can treat myself to glowing white choppers! So that will be terrific.

    I watch my two and four year old nephew during the afternoon, all the cleaning i got done this morning is gone. And ds is refusing naps.
