MIL has been our DC for almost 2 months now. We live abroad so she had to leave her country even when she has a very sick sister. I know it's not a sacrifice for her as she loves babysitting and spending alone time with Gerardo. Anyway, she is leaving in 10 days and then my mom is coming over for 3 months to do the same thing.
I want to give my MIL a present for all the effort and because she has been so nice to me and G (also helping with house chores and what-not). It should be something small because she is traveling by plane. Any ideas?
My only idea is a photo in a nice frame of her and G together, but it seems a bit too common. What do you think?

Re: Present for MIL... suggestions?
I think a nice frame and a photo of the two of them is also a great idea. I'd probably go with that. Easy to pack and it won't just get stuck in a drawer somewhere (hopefully).
Also, you can put together a shutterfly book of photos & send it to her home. It is a nice surprise when she gets home.
