What is your lo's favorite book?

My lo is really into brown bear and this book called "colours". Its an Aussie book which amuses me calling sweaters "jumpers" and stuff like that...

What's your lo 'a favorite?

    The pigeon books are his favorite (don't let the pigeon drive the bus; don't let the pigeon stay up late). But i think he likes them because i like them, so i read them with more expression.

    She only seemingly pays attention when I read owl babies. Otherwise she's trying to use the books for extra fiber

    We got What is Love, Biscuit for Vday and LO loves it. He scratches at all the textured pages and smiles

    My LO likes the Baby Einstein book with all the animal sounds. Each page is about a different animal. Then it has a button you can press to hear the animal.

    Personally I love to read Pajama Time by Boynton.

    Barnyard Dance and Are You a Cow. When he crawls over pushing either of the books, I cringe a little. I know that's awful, but I can recite both of them by memory. I am super happy that he loves books though!

    He's a big fan of Little Blue Truck, Good Night good night Construction Site, and Everywhere Babies. His absolute favorite is Dr. Seuss ABCs, the board book version. And we have to read The Going To Bed Book by Sandra Boynton each night before bed. He suddenly started enjoying books and showing a preference a week ago or so. He even helps turn the pages for board books.

    He likes the book called The Dog I Love The Best because it has this little puppy finger puppet attached to the book.

    TTC since August 2011 (Me-29, DH-32).
    4/28/2012 - SA: 5% motility.
    5/21/2012 - SA: same results.
    Only shot is IVF (ICSI)
    5/31/2012 - HSG: all clear
    6/22/2012 - appt with RE, confirmed ICSI is necessary.
    8/3/2012 - First IVF Monitoring Appointment
    8/17/2012 - Egg Retrieval (retrieved 23 eggs, 3 made it to freezer)
    8/18/2012 - OHSS - hospitalized, need to wait one cycle to transfer embryo(s) due to OHSS
    8/29/2012 - begin meds for frozen cycle
    10/12/2012 - FET one embryo
    10/24/2012 - Beta #1: 442
    10/26/2012 - Beta #2: 947
    10/29/2012 - Beta #3: 2900!
    11/15/2012 - first u/s: baby measuring perfect, heart rate is right on target
    2/6/2013 - A/S looked perfect. Still team green by choice!
    7/6/2013 - Baby girl born after 44 hours of un-medicated labor, 2 hours of pushing, and emergency c-section due to transverse head.  DD was perfectly healthy at 6 pounds, 14 ounces.  We are thrilled!!

I am constantly fighting him to keep them out of his mouth.  In terms of his favorites, I guess he really likes     Tickle Time by Sandra Boynton because I tickle him every time the book says tickle, and he loves that. He also seems to really like this Little Golden Book called The Monsters on the Bus.  It's basically the "Wheels on the Bus" song with lyrics to go along with the Sesame Street characters.  He loves when I sing to him, and I sing this book.

    In terms of my favorites, I love I'd Know You Anywhere My Love by Nancy Tillman and almost all of the Dr. Seuss books.  I also like this book called Ten Tiny Toes a lot, but I can't remember who wrote it.  Other favorites are the Corduroy series and Miss Nelson series.  I know that's a lot, but I love books!

    Another vote for Little Blue Truck! The sequel is also a hit :)

    Iris likes Goodnight Moon and a big Mother Goose book we have that has lots of great pictures--I think she likes the rhyming, rhythmic quality.  Mostly she likes to eat books, though.  I, however, like I Want My Hat Back, Yummy Yucky, and Zen Shorts.
