Bloated Belly

Well my LO is 3 months today. I'm EBF, and I haven't really been getting a cycle. I do notice that I'm always bloated. Anyone else like this? What have you done about it?

    I had been having trouble with bloat too. I upped my water intake and that has helped a lot.

    I've noticed lately that water has been playing a big part since I've had my LO.
