I went to the OB today for pregnancy verification. My EDD is 10/3.
I was surprised that he strongly recommended weaning off the pump. He feels that the highly demanding nature of pregnancy and of milk production to my metabolism would be an added stress to my body (I'm already at increased risk of loss due to having a bicornuate uterus).
So I'm done. Honestly, I would've probably quit on my own a while ago with all the supply issues, but held on due to a combination of the support I got here and DH's complete lack of support of my quitting.
A million thanks to all of you who listened, made suggestions, offered kind words, and kept me in their thoughts through the struggles. I appreciate it more than you know.
