Haha! No idea about testing out your trigger. I was a beta waiter. It would make sense that your trigger would continue to drop. Therefore if the line starts getting darker it is the real deal

I had low dose hcg during both cycles and I'm a POASer. First time we did a 3dt and I was testing negative at 5dp3dt. First very faint bfp the evening of 6dp3dt. Second cycle I tested negative 3dp5dt with a fairly definite bfp 4dp5dt. Hope that helps! Good luck chi!!!!

No info on the HCG, but I wanted to say GL! I'm soooooo excited to hear the results.

And, if it were me, I'd just keep testing everyday until beta and hope for a darker line. But, I took 13 tests between 4dp5dt and my beta at 12dp5dt, so maybe you don't want this crazy woman giving you advice! 8-}

I'm taking Low Dose HCG this cycle too, but imagine that it'll clear out around the same time the trigger does. I don't plan to POAS though! Too chicken :P

If the line never goes away but gets darker then that's good stuff!! Are you using cheapies? Or FRERs? As long as you're staying consistent, then it's all good! I hope your second line never goes away

I'm no help. I never tested out my trigger. But, with my previous cycle, it was a stark white at 4dp5dt, so I let myself get a little excited about the squinter. The next day I got a faint, but very clear line on a FRER with FMU. My betas were on the higher end, so I probably got a positive a little sooner than others. If you keep getting some faint positives and start seeing them get darker in the next few days, I'd take it as a good sign!! But, I wouldn't totally freak if you get a day or two of white. I think it's still super early to completely trust the test.

If it was me, I would always have that nagging doubt in the back of my head until I got a stark white, followed by a line. But in your case, I'm kinda just hoping that you keep getting lines until your beta! When there's HCG involved, I think you'll always wonder if it's still the trigger or not. UGH!

We'll find out if we have anything to work with soon enough... looks like I'm triggering tonight with ER on Friday. EEEEKS!!!! At the very least, one week from now we will know. Either we do or don't have blasts. Can someone please place me in a medically induced coma after my ER and wake me up for my final fert report?!

@chiwifey, it looks like I'm officially stalking you! I hope that line comes back with full force!!

@JBDamonM & @chiwifey......... :') Thanks girls!! I can't tell you how much it means to me

It looks like I'm going to be triggering tonight for an ER on Friday. After that point, I'm trying to make lots of plans to keep myself very busy and distracted. I don't know how I'm going to keep myself from pulling my hair out while waiting for fert reports!!! I suspect that we'll do a freeze-all and a FET in March if we get anything to freeze. I'm so nervous... my clinic only does blast transfers, and so far we haven't had any blasts :-S Hopefully we'll get one this time around!

Chi, I'm hoping ChiBaby #2 is on the way soon!! Rooting for you!!

ER was this morning. We got 9 eggs

We are thrilled and now just praying that we'll have enough fertilize to get at least one blastocyst. Anesthesia is not my friend - I got pretty nauseous, and had to hang out in recovery for four hours. But I'm doing better now, home happily resting while DH waits on my hand and foot

Plus, I have two of the best in-home doggie nurses in town! How are you holding up today? I have to stalk the board for updates...

All my thoughts are with you right now, Chi

There is nothing worse... even when you know it's coming, it just sucks. Take all the time you need to grieve and cry and then drink some wine and hug your family tightly.

I'm expecting a call with our Day 1 fertilization report today... I'm trying not to think ahead and let my imagination take over. I have to trust that this time is different - new RE, new lab, new protocol... I wish I could just sleep through the next five days!!!
