We've had a name picked out for a couple months and have been calling baby girl by that name (we haven't told anyone else though). Now I'm having second thoughts on the name. Anyone else experience this? Is this normal? We have about two months to go so plenty of time to change it, just wasn't sure if we should stick with our first instinct or not.
Re: Second thoughts on name
Big brother and sister are excited to meet the new baby! It's a GIRL!

Better second thoughts now than after she's born!
That's very true!
We really like the name Gwen but all of the long versions of the name are just too fancy sounding for us. We had sort of settled on Gwendolyn, but it seems so fancy and we are not fancy people. I don't know how just Gwen will be with a middle name though. We have a few middle name options: Eileen, Carmen, and Celeste are the top ones.
This baby will be Florence. I just had a gut feeling when we were discussing names that she should be named Florence. I am now second guessing it, but I won't change my mind, especially knowing what I know from naming my dd.
Naming babies is daunting. I totally understand why you would second guess yourself. For what it's worth, Gwendolyn is gorgeous!
We have one name in mind for this little one and will stick with it.
I know some people have multiple names in mind and want to see what baby looks like or how their personalitiy is when they are born etc. For us it takes a while of hashing out names, pros, cons, nicknames etc. so we pick and stick so to speak.
