Beer tasting party at my house Friday. Expecting around 50 people. Lots of beer (obviously). On the menu are: mini beef on weck, mini sausage and sauerkraut with beer and brown sugar, Stromboli, stuffed banana pepper dip with pita chips, beer/chddar dip in a pumpernickel bread bowl, pretzels with assorted mustards, brownies with salted caramel sauce. I know a few people are going to bring stuff, but I don't want to rely on that to have enough. I think maybe I need one more app. Any ideas? Preferably super simple, since I work all day Friday. Veggies and hummus?
Re: Help round out my menu
I would definately add some lighter fare like veggies and hummus or fruit skewers.

I agree that fruit would be a nice addition. DH gets really grossed out when I add fruit to a beer where it doesn't belong (like orange or lemon in an IPA) but I think orange, apple, or grapefruit slices would be a nice addition to your menu. Everything sounds awesome!
