Rash?

LO has small raised bumps only on chest and stomach that blend in with her skin tone. I would have never noticed until I changed her diaper since I don't see red spots. She doesn't seemed to be bothered by it, but I'm concerned. No changes to soaps/clothing or anything like that. WWYD?

Thanks! I will look into that and see if there is something in my diet that is causing this.
